1.Agreement to Terms

We make reasonable efforts to display Products accurately, including colors and dimensions; That said, actual colors may vary depending on your display. Descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to correction. In the event of a material error (including pricing errors), We may cancel the affected Order and issue a full refund.
5.Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, and import duties unless expressly noted, which are the responsibility of the purchaser where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your Order is the one displayed at the time your Order is confirmed.

We may refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including where the Product is out of stock, the Order appears fraudulent, or the billing and shipping information cannot be verified.

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to safeguard credentials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of CA, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
